Threats are constantly evolving in the cyber world. Trying to keep up with them is an endless task especially when the available cyber tools also can’t keep up. Establishing a system of continuous threat exposure management (CTEM) helps alleviate that pressure.
CTEM continuously identifies, validates, and prioritizes security exposures to reduce risk before attackers can exploit them. It is a proactive and business-aligned approach that goes beyond traditional vulnerability management by integrating various security operations to provide a holistic and threat-informed view of an agency’s attack surface.
Learning Objectives:
- Outline the 10 steps to implementing CTEM, from starting with one high-impact surface to demonstrate value to setting priorities based on the importance of what is being protected[/fusion_li_item
 - Review the visibility of your assets and identify where it needs to be improved[/fusion_li_item
 - Identify the key metrics that will show the progress being achieved through CTEM
