Edward Saltzberg, Ph.D., President of ERS Advisors, has led several billion dollars in winning government bid pursuits. He learned the government contracting business at SAIC, where he was a corporate officer for 12 years. Subsequently he join two smaller firms as a partner, which he helped grow and sell to DynCorp (now CSC) and SRA International.
