How to Win Claims on U.S. Government Contracts: A Practical Approach

Changes and claims arise from a variety of sources, and often, the contractor is entitled to extra costs and/or time extensions. But demonstrating to the government your entitlement to additional compensation in not always clear cut or straightforward. Various federal contract provisions and FAR clauses may support your position, some better than others. Similarly, properly documenting, preparing and submitting your claim may also affect your claims recovery success rates.

In this 90-minute webinar, Roy Mitchell will draw from his extensive experience to help train prime contractors and subcontractors how to recognize and document potential claims for time extensions and additional compensation on their contracts with the U.S. government. More importantly, Roy will provide practical tips on how to present claims in a manner most likely to avoid litigation and achieve a satisfactory settlement without the necessity of hiring lawyers or claim consultants to assist you.
