Certificate in Mentor Coaching Feedback (CMCF)

Join us at the Academy of Government and Military Coaching (AcademyGMC) for the Certificate in Mentor Coaching Feedback (CMCF). Mentor coaching must take place over an extended time, three-month minimum, to count for an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential to become a coach or renew an ICFcoaching credential.

CMCF Cohort Class comprises of these group dates: Sept 8, Oct 6, Nov 3 and Nov 24th, 2025.

Group sessions are in addition to the 3 one-on-one sessions.
One-on-one sessions of 1 hour and are scheduled to fit the availability of each participant and the instructors.
Particpants must submit an .mp3 recording of at least 30 minutes of coaching a week prior to each one-on-one session.
Fully interactive, online and in English conducted by ICF certified coaches.
Earn 20 hours

Pre-requisite for CMCF Enrollment: Each participant in CMCF must have completed at least 60 formal hours in an ICF accredited coach training curriculum prior to enrolling in CMCF.

Participant must pass the final assessment at an ACC level or higher to complete mentor coaching successfully.
