Nikci Johnson Downs Solution Engineer, Federal Contractor Business Unit Compusearch Nikci Johnson Downs joined Compusearch in 2012 as a Solution Engineer and Product Marketing Manager in our new Federal Contractor Business Unit. Nikci is mainly responsible for the SpectrumCLM product line, a unique solution for contract lifecycle management designed specifically for government contracting. Nikci brings over 15 years of experience in government contract accounting and developing solutions primarily for government contractors. Nikci joined Compusearch from Deltek where she was one of the lead Solution Engineers for Deltek Costpoint and GCS Premier prospects and clients, helping to define their requirements and understand the value of Deltek solutions. Nikci supported some of Deltek�s biggest new customers including TASC, The SI, Chickasaw, and PAE as well as NCI and Cubic. Nikci helped develop internal and customer training programs, leveraging her accounting background and government contracting knowledge. Additionally, Nikci created solution demonstrations and marketing materials to helped customers understand the value these solutions could bring to their business. Prior to Deltek, Nikci worked at Alpha Corporation managing the accounting and finance team. Alpha Corporation is a global engineering company specializing in construction management, infrastructure, and engineering oversight for government agencies, municipalities, institutions, and private industry. Similar to her role at Alpha, Macfadden provided Nikci the opportunity to lead the direction of the accounting department. During her tenure, Nikci managed the contract accounting for Macfadden diverse clientele: FAA, USAID, Dept. of State, EPA, and HHS along with numerous commercial customers. As the Solution Engineer and Product Marketing Manager for SpectrumCLM, Nikci is excited to ensure SpectrumCLM is a highly functional, high quality solution that creates substantial value for our customers in the government contractor community.
