Jenn is an attorney and a licensed customs broker with more than 16 years of experience. Jenn leads the trade advisory practice at Flexport, assisting companies in navigating the complexities of U.S. customs regulations and identifying strategic duty mitigation opportunities for clients. Jenn�s area of focus includes, but is not limited to, classification, tariff and origin engineering, supply chain management, free trade agreement qualification, audits, and valuation.

Anna Zajac, Senior Manager, Trade Advisory (Flexport)
Anna works with companies to manage duty and tax liability for cross-border transactions, provide compliance advice on customs regulations, and update/develop compliance procedures and processes to effectively manage import and export compliance requirements. Anna can help companies leverage strategies for reducing customs duties, including obtaining customs duty refunds for transfer pricing adjustments, qualifying goods under free trade agreement rules, and evaluating products for applicability of antidumping or countervailing duties, such as if exclusions exist for specific products. Anna�s favorite customs topic is valuation.
