Health IT Preview Breakfast

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently reorganized streamlining and bolstering technology, data, cybersecurity, AI strategy and policy functions. The aim is to make the department more agile, accountable, and strategic in its mission to strengthen the citizen care experience. To that end, Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy and Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ASTP/ONC) and senior leaders across HHS will lead a comprehensive discussion on the HHS Data and AI Strategy, and its role in helping to achieve better health outcomes. ONC's mission is to improve the health of Americans by making health information more accessible, equitable, and interoperable.
