Amy Morgan is the Vice President and Head of Trade Compliance at Altana. She leads global trade and compliance solutions for the enterprise and public sector alike, serving customers such as Boston Scientific, L.L.Bean, Maersk, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and the UK�s Department for Business and Trade. Amy is a Licensed U.S. Customs Broker with more than two decades of experience working in international trade and compliance, and she regularly contributes her industry expertise at events such as the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium/Xpo, the Trans-Pacific Maritime Conference, the Trade Facilitation and Cargo Security Summit, CBP�s Forced Labor Technical Expo, and many more.
Prior to Altana, Amy served as Vice President, Cross-Border at Avalara, where she was responsible for developing technology solutions to automate landed cost calculation and cross-border tax compliance. She began her career managing global trade and customs compliance operations for industry giants Amazon, Costco Wholesale, Nordstrom, and Microsoft. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Graduate Certificate in Global Trade, Transportation, and Logistics Studies from the University of Washington.
