Global Expeditionary Logistics Symposium

Logistics and the Fighting Stance: Competition, Crisis, and Conflict

Day 1 - You Are In Your Prep Time: Setting the theater begins long before crisis escalates. Logisticians contribute to success in tactical, operational, and strategic competition on day to day basis. This competition space encompasses a wide range of operating environments from the Defense Industrial Base, to Combatant Commands and Joint Task Forces, to entry-level training and recruiting, and everything in-between.

Day 2 - Your Prep Time Has Ended: Logisticians not only set the stage for success, but also contribute directly too credible deterrence. As conflict escalates to crisis, logistics professionals must adapt and respond. Join us as we explore the logistical considerations and necessary actions to set conditions in advance of - or to prevent - future conflict.

Day 3 - Standby...TARGETS!: When deterrence fails, logisticians must be prepared. Timelines become compressed, supply chains become contested, and relationships become threatened. The transition to armed conflict converts readiness shortfalls into operational risks, rigid supply break, and sustainment takes center stage.
