Adelicia (�Addie�) Cliffe is a counsel in Crowell & Moring�s Washington, D.C. office, where she practices in the firm�s Government Contracts and International Trade practice groups. Addie focuses on a broad range of international trade and government contracts issues. She counsels and defends clients with respect to compliance with U.S. export controls, the Buy American Act, Trade Agreements Act and other domestic-preference requirements, the Foreign Military Financing program, Foreign Military sales, and other U.S. laws and regulations applicable to international transactions. She also counsels clients with respect to foreign investment and ownership in the United States, and applicable U.S. laws and regulations such as Exon-Florio and the National Industrial Security Program. James (�J.J.�) Saulino is an associate in the firm�s Washington, DC office. J.J. practices in the International Trade and International Arbitration groups, and counsels clients on compliance with the ITAR, EAR, as well as anti-money laundering regulations administered by Treasury�s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and U.S. sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. J.J. also represents clients in both commercial and investor-state arbitrations. David (�Dj�) Wolff is an associate in the firm�s Washington, D.C. office. He practices in the International Trade and Government Contracts practice groups. Dj�s practice covers compliance with export control and sanctions regimes, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Bureau of Industry and Security and the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Dj also works as a consultant for C&M International, an international trade and regulatory consulting firm with which Crowell & Moring is associated, assisting clients with international market access issues and representing clients through the multinational negotiation and national implementation of treaties.Relevant Government Agencies
