Combatant Command C2 Division (AFLCMC/HBC) Industry Day

This is not a solicitation. This Sources Sought notice is for communication facilitation between the Government and Industry and for information and planning purposes only, and is being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10, Market Research.  This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice or attending the Industry Day. This posting is for information gathering and planning purposes only, and in no way restricts the Government’s final acquisition strategy. Any information provided by the Government at this time is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to release of a formal RFP’s/IFB’s.

The Combatant Command C2 Division (AFLCMC/HBC), located at Offutt AFB, NE will be conducting a Virtual Industry Day event for the Strategic Mission Planning and Execution System (SMPES) program and future upcoming software application acquisitions on Wednesday, July 10th from 10:00AM - Noon (Central Time).

Over the next three years, AFLCMC/HBC will be recompeting several of the software application contracts within the acquisition portfolio. The purpose of this event is to conduct market research and to provide Industry with current technical, programmatic and contract information regarding these acquisitions and to solicit feedback and questions in all three of the areas. This event pertains to, but is not constricted to, the following current software applications:

• Nuclear Planning & Execution System (NPES)
• Global Adaptive Planning Collaborative Information Environment 2.0 (GC2)
• Defensive Data Validation Toolkit (DDVT)
• Decision Support Service (DSS)
• Missile Applications Software Support (MASS)
• Air Vehicle Planning System (APS)
• Global Strike and Product Support (GSPS)
• National Target Base Desired Ground Zero Integrated Development System (NIDS)
• Command & Control Software Engineering and Support (C2SES)
• Mission Planning Analysis Common Services (MPACS)

NOTE: Only 1 POC from a company needs to request an invitation to the Industry Day. The virtual meeting invite will be sent to that individual and they can in turn forward the invite to other interested parties at their company.
