Washington Breakfast Club - 3.9 Billion Reasons Why GSA AAS Should Factor Into Your FY2010 Strategy

For the January 2010 kickoff, we welcome Mr. Jim Ghiloni, Director of Business and Acquisition Operations for GSA's Office of Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS), part of the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). We've asked Mr. Ghiloni to share with us "Why the GSA Office of Assisted Acquisition Services Should Factor Into Your FY2010 Strategy?"

Although GSA Schedules are definitely utilized whenever practical, being a schedule holder is not a requirement to benefit from the activities of this organization since the top contract vehicles leveraged in FY09 included (in addition to various GSA Schedules): Millenia Lite; Open Market Acquisitions; ANSWER; 8(a) STARS; GSA Connections and NASA SEWP. We're told they occasionally tap the Army ITES and Air Force NETCENTS contracts as needed.
The doors open at 7:15 AM for registration and networking with a hot buffet breakfast being served at 7:30. Each attendee will be given the opportunity to introduce him/herself and his/her company. Following this our speaker will present their program and we will turn it back over to networking following Q&A.
The cost of the event is $55.00 for prepaid registration. There is an additional $10.00 fee for onsite registration and payment. No-show's and late cancellations will be charged the full event price.
