Federal Contracting Year-End Review: Is Your Team Set To Tackle 2013?

Changes are coming to federal contracts at a dizzying rate and doing business the way you did two to three years ago can cause tremendous problems in today’s environment. This program is designed to be a survey of what has happened in the last twelve months. As such, it does not claim to be an in-depth analysis of the rules on women-owned small business or the rules on disclosure of executive compensation. However, it is critical that participants in the process know what has changed in the past year so they can modify their policies and procedures accordingly.

Presented by two recognized authorities in the area of government contract law, this 90-minute interactive webinar will discuss how new statues, regulations and case decisions will affect critical aspects of your company’s policies and procedures.

Learning Objectives

  • Become familiar with the new statues and regulations affecting government contracting.
  • Recognize any changes in final rules from interim rules.
  • Learn about any new cases (pre-award or post-award) changing the pre-exisitng rules.
  • Identify new publications you should be aware of.
  • And much, much more!

Who Will Benefit

This webinar is a must for anyone involved in government contracting, including contractors, subcontractors and those who work with or for them, as well as contracting officers and their representatives. Get ahead of the curve — register your team today!
