Jennifer Sakole Principal Analyst Jennifer Sakole is a principal analyst with the Federal Information Services team, specializing in federal regional and past performance analysis. Throughout the course of her career, Sakole has developed expertise in public sector business development, market research and analysis, and training. Sakole joined Deltek in July 2003 as a member advisor providing training, account management, and pre-sales support. In her time with Deltek, she developed, launched, and delivered Deltek�s New Hire On-boarding and its Sales/ Member Services Certification Programs. She also managed and delivered Deltek public training sessions, recorded training sessions, and user guides. Prior to joining Deltek, Sakole was the lead market research analyst and a marketing manager for L-3 Communications (formerly EER Systems), responsible for identifying potential federal, state, and local business opportunities that aligned with the company�s strategic business plan. Sakole developed an in-house pipeline management tool in support of the company�s business development efforts and was the resident Deltek power-user. Sakole began her career as a logistics analyst with PRC in support of the US Navy's AEGIS Shipbuilding program, and later transitioned to proposal writing, price analysis, and contract management for PRC Public Sector, Inc. (a division of Northrop Grumman) with the team that developed Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management Systems (RMS) for state and local police and fire organizations. Sakole continued then joined PeopleSoft , first as a federal account manager, and then as a classroom trainer in support of the Federal Human Resources product suite. Sakole earned her bachelor�s degree in English from Virginia Tech, and was a winner of Deltek�s Chairman�s Club in 2008 and 2010 for her superior professional contributions.
