The CyberMaryland Conference

Designed for federal, state and local government personnel, business innovators and aspiring professionals, CyberMaryland 2012 will embody 4 main events over two days:

• CyberMaryland Conference: Over 30 training sessions will be bring in key government and industry presenters to share information on the most current data and products in the cyber security field. (More info below)
• Cyber Security Showcase: Exhibitors will be on-site to demo and share information on the products, services and programs available in the marketplace.  
• MDC3: A live cyber challenge in which teams battle each other in a series of "hackathons"- exciting, real-world cybersecurity games that put their critical thinking to the test.
• Cyber Security Hall of Fame Induction Dinner: A black tie event at the Four Seasons hotel will attract innovators in the cyber security field and honor their accomplishments with an enshrinement to the Cyber Security Hall of Fame.

Conference sessions will be centered around three tracks:

Cyber Innovation: Cyber Innovation track showcases future of cybersecurity products, new solutions, evolving technology, venture capital and rising stars.

Cyber Generation: The Cyber Generation Track features information geared for business, industry and academics as well as for rising talent emerging from secondary and post secondary education. Topics focus on preparing next generation of cyber professionals, career preparedness and clearances, career-pathways and talent development. 

Cyber Business Opportunities: Cyber Business Opportunities Track provides a dozen different panel sessions and workshops to help cybersecurity providers understand emerging growth opportunities, budgets, spending priorities, product requirements and specific government customer requirements.
