Report of Quantum Potential the Responsible Adoption of Quantum Technologies
I will present an overview of a report for the Canadian Council of Academies on what opportunities and challenges do quantum technologies present in light of current trends affecting their evolution? In particular I will focus on the following three questions: What does the current evidence and knowledge suggest regarding promising and leading practices that could be applied to drive and accelerate the adoption of quantum technologies? What are the enabling conditions to ensure broad access to and market readiness for quantum technologies? What are the main socio-economic, regulatory, and ethical challenges related to the adoption of quantum technologies?
Open Q&A discussion.
