Telework Exchange and Adobe will host a complimentary webcast, “Managing the Mobile Workforce”, on Wednesday, August 8 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET. The program will focus on successful strategies for enabling a mobile workforce, with particular focus on public sector considerations. Whether it’s one-to-one communication, e-learning training capabilities, or team meetings – agencies should understand how to use collaboration tools to support and manage employees and teams that are increasingly mobile and geographically-dispersed.
Panelists will share proven mobile management methods and provide expert insights into recommended technologies that foster effective collaboration and communication between managers and workers – wherever they are located. Panelists will further discuss the importance of collaboration tools that work across multiple platforms while supporting mobile initiatives, such as bring your own device (BYOD).
