Stephanie possesses extensive government contracts experience and began her contracting career as a Contract Negotiator for the U.S. Air Force. Gaining experience in all facets of federal government acquisition, she was able to move on to the private defense industry at a large government contractor. This contract management position provided exposure to for-profit business in a competitive industry as well as allowed for experience in proposals and subcontract management. With an opportunity to move to a small DoD R&D company, Stephanie gained valuable experience in small business perspectives, federal programs for small businesses, and management in a high tech, fast paced setting. Her career has provided a well rounded base to bring to clients of Arrowhead Solutions. Stephanie provides clients with the expert guidance they require in the areas of proposals, contracts, subcontracts, and compliance. She brings this guidance from the unique vantage point of "both sides of the table".
