Technology Horizons Summit

Against the backdrop of China’s aggressive state-sponsored technology strategy, the U.S. needs to act quickly to adopt a new national model to advance our global competitiveness objectives. How? By expanding and strengthening public-private collaboration on rapidly emerging technologies to advance economic and national security, while safeguarding democratic values.

As the U.S. shapes and implements new business and financial models, what technologies are most critical to evolve in the near- and long-term? How do we encourage collaboration across government, industry, and academia while broadening the scope of stakeholders to include venture capital, the startup community, and privacy and civil liberties groups? How do we develop joint action plans, combine resources, and execute strategies to dramatically accelerate the pace of advancement?

Join us Tuesday, September 19, 2023, for a half-day, in-person conference at MITRE’s McLean campus to explore these questions. The event features a panel of policy and technology leaders followed by breakout sessions for a deeper dive into the challenges in four areas critical to America’s global competitiveness: artificial intelligence (AI), microelectronics, biotechnology, and telecommunications.
