Accelerate(her) presents: The 21st-Century Career Success Profile

The primary responsibility of most jobs today is to improve something, like internal or external processes, design strategies or plans to achieve goals, and then successfully execute them, or create custom solutions to client problems. These evolving job responsibilities create a new career skills profile, which expands beyond our natural intelligence and technical skills. At Brize, we refer to this career skills profile as I 3 , which integrates intelligence, intention, and interaction.

During this lunch and learn, Leslie Ferry, Brize Founder & CEO, will define what it means to work with intention and positive interactions. And share examples of how strengthening these skills leads to outstanding work quality, improved productivity, and reduced work-related stress and anxiety.
