Our Custom Email template feature allows you to create custom email templates that can either be sent manually or sent using action-based triggers that automatically send your emails when the corresponding trigger actions are completed. The triggers decrease the number of steps it takes for you to notify constituents, board members, or internal staff of vacancies, term start and end dates, changes in application and appointment statuses, and more.
