Strengthen Records Management With the Google Workspace Maturity Model Framework

To make effective decisions that benefit society, public sector organizations must manage information in a way that maximizes its value. Organizations must also provide a clear and accurate account of their information management activity in order to meet legal and related obligations.

This challenging environment drove The National Archives, UK to work with their Government Knowledge & Information Management (GKIM) Google user group to develop the 'Google Workspace Maturity Model Framework'. Created in part by gathering the knowledge and experience of the GKIM community, this Framework assists public sector organizations in self-assessing their effectiveness at managing information and records in their own Google Workspace domains in a number of common scenarios.

This Coffee Hour will not only show you how the Model works, but allow us to work together to identify these common scenarios, and then see the Framework in action.
