govDelivery Administrator Training 101

This training will most benefit administrators of all levels and will focus on the following day-to-day operations.:

•  Topic creation
•  Subscriber upload - including troubleshoot
•  Advanced Bulletin personalization (template development)
•  Advanced Bulletin create and send
•  Bulletin analytics reporting

Our training sessions last roughly an hour and are conducted by a member of our Implementation Team. Using Zoom, you'll be able to view the computer screen of our training leader as they walk you through important tasks and functions within govDelivery. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get live feedback on tips and best practices.

If you register for a session, but can't attend, that's OK! Please feel free to sign up for another session that meets your needs and availability. We also offer previously recorded sessions available to stream. While these can work in a pinch, we still recommend attending a live session where you can ask questions that matter to you and your organization.
