Human-centered agility: Leading change in a post-pandemic world
Working and living in a global pandemic during the last two years has created many workplace and human experience challenges not faced in modern times. Work life balance, mental health and resilience, remote work and the hybrid workplace have received a new focus. Agile transformation is not only important in software development, but also important to creating supportive change in the workplace that includes a renewed focus on taking care of your people in your organization. We have panelist speakers from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency; the Department of Homeland Security HQ, DHS Intelligence & Analysis; and GSA Technology Transformation Services to speak on human agility and what is being done in their agencies to promote and support leading change from a human-centered place.
