Industry Day Announcement Power Conditioning and Continuation Interfacing Equipment Maintenance
The PCCIE office supports maintenance activities on U.S. Air Force Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems worldwide. This support includes, but is not limited to emergency and preventative maintenance on rotary and static UPS systems, paralleling gear, switchgear, flywheels, batteries, remote monitoring equipment, battery monitoring equipment, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) filters, Power Distribution Unit(s) (PDU) and other ancillary equipment. The UPS systems may be single or three phase, in single or multi-module UPS systems configurations and are manufactured by various manufacturers. The government’s UPS systems support and protect sensitive electronic mission critical equipment. The contractor must abide by and comply with all current applicable international, state and local codes, regulations, standards, procedures, policies, publications, safety regulations/standards and manuals.
This announcement is part of market research only. It is not a RFP, RFQ, or an IFB. It does not commit the government to issue such a request or invitation. Industry Day participation is strictly voluntary and the government will not provide any reimbursement or otherwise pay for information/presentations associated with Industry Day.
Session will include briefings, side-bar discussions, and government one-on-one meetings. Some key goals of the meeting will be.

The tentative agenda will include the following layout, but can be subject to change. One-on-one sessions will be limited to 1 hour, and will give the contractor an opportunity to discuss Proprietary issues/statements. - PCCIE PWS Discussion Session
- PCCIE Pricing Structure Discussion
- 1100 – 1115: Break
- 1115 – 1200: Open Questions & Answers Session
- 1200 – 1300: Lunch
- 1300 – 1715: One-on-one sessions
All interested parties wishing to attend the Industry Day must submit their intent to attend via e-mail to [email protected] and by filling out and returning the attached spreadsheet “PCCIE EMPM CSI Industry Day Registration” with all information for those who plan on attending no later than 4:30 PM Mountain Standard Time on 15 March 2022. Please indicate if any of the attendees will need assistance getting on base.
