The fire service is in the midst of changes. How do we, as instructors, lead this change? How do we get firefighters to look at things differently? How can the fire service provide emergency response in a more effective and efficient way? Who will be the change agents for this paradigm shift? It starts with training officers and instructors thinking about how these changes will positively impact the safety of the world’s fire service.
