Shaun Donovan, Secretary, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development As the 15th U.S. Secretary for Housing and Urban Development, Shaun Donovan manages one of the federal government�s largest agencies. HUD has a FY2012 budget of $47.9 billion and oversees efforts to create quality housing possible for every American. Secretary Donovan�s top priorities include mortgage refinancing and rental assistance, providing resources to disaster-stricken areas, and creating more energy-efficient housing. Dan Roam, Author of "The Back of the Napkin" and "Blah, Blah, Blah Dan Roam is the author of the book "The Back of the Napkin: Solving Problems and Selling Ideas with Pictures," named a 2008 Best Book of the Year by Amazon. He is Founder and President of Digital Roam Inc., a management-consulting firm that helps business executives solve complex problems through visual thinking. He has brought his unique approach to clients such as Google, eBay, General Electric, Microsoft, Wal-Mart, Wells Fargo Bank, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Senate, HBO, News Corporation, the Federal Bank of Reserve, Boeing, and Sun Microsystems, among many others. He lectures around the country for clients and at business conferences. Roam and his whiteboard have appeared on CNN, MSNBC, ABC News, Fox News, Marketplace Radio, and at the White House.
