  • Amidst the backdrop of COVID-19 in 2020, PAE accelerated its evolution, with several particularly dramatic and transformative developments
  • Gores Holdings III, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), acquired PAE in February 2020 from Platinum Equity, after which the company began trading publicly on the NASDAC
  • PAE purchased both Centra and Metis in late-2020, further strengthening its market position in the IC
  • PAE—one of the most dynamic companies in the Government Services sector—now has a global workforce of more than 20,000 delivering services in approximately 60 countries on all 7 continents
