YAFCEA Bethesda Women in Leadership ProDev: Diversity & Inclusion in STEM Leadership
The 2021 Women in Leadership ProDev event features an opportunity to hear from accomplished executives across industry and federal IT. Under the theme “Diversity & Inclusion in STEM Leadership”, this year's event will focus on promoting Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in STEM fields. Speakers will address a variety of topics including defining a career in STEM, D&I contributions to career progression, and advice for overcoming challenges in the workplace, both in the office and when working from home. This interactive event will provide young professionals an opportunity to network with other attendees and join the discussion via live Q&A with the panelists.
