Speaker and Presenter Information

Pam Mazza, Managing Partner at PilieroMazza PLLC, has over 20 years experience advising clients on all aspects of government contracts law and represents clients before government agencies and contract review boards in bid protests, size standard challenges and joint venture issues. Major Clark, Assistant Counsel for Procurement Policy, Office of Advocacy at SBA, has over 33 years experience in corporate administration, business development, congressional legislative operations, urban planning, housing, economic development, small business advocacy and as an educator. Mr. Clark began his current position in 1998 as Assistant General Counsel for Procurement Policy in SBA's Office of Advocacy. In his capacity at SBA, Mr. Clark monitors the impact of the federal acquisition process on small business, develops small business legislative packages for Congress, serves as a liaison to the small business community nationwide, researches, prepares and presents regulatory communications on agency compliance with the Regulatory Flexibility Act and prepares and presents Congressional testimony.
