AWS Public Sector Summit Online

The AWS Public Sector Summit Online keynote address will be delivered by Max Peterson, vice president of international sales of worldwide public sector at AWS, and feature global customer stories.

In his role, Peterson supports public sector organizations as they leverage the cloud to drive innovation among government, educational institutions, and nonprofits around the world. Peterson is a public sector industry veteran with thirty years of experience. He is responsible for all AWS public sector sales, business operations, and strategy across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Canada. He has an extensive background in developing relationships with government, education, and nonprofit customers, as well as system integrators, solution providers, independent software vendors, and value-added resellers. Peterson also oversees the AWS worldwide contracts team, which performs pre- and post-award contract management.
