Teaming Agreements: Do�s and Don�ts

This course is taught by Centre’s experienced attorneys, Tyler Freiberger and Heather Mims and will take a deep dive into teaming agreements, a part of the procurement process that too often gets taken for granted.  The course will examine key aspects of teaming agreements, including:

• The basic structure of teaming agreements;
• How binding is the teaming agreement? (How binding do you want it to be?)
• What survives the expiration of the teaming agreement?
• Resolving disputes, with your teaming partners, and with the government; and
• Special issues on set-aside procurements (small business, SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), women-owned, etc.)
