Kevin Boshears is responsible for the overall implementation of the Department's small business procurement program. Prior to this appointment in 2003, Mr. Boshears was Director of the Treasury Department's OSDBU. He previously served as a Procurement Analyst and was responsible for providing guidance to the Small Business Specialists located in Treasury's twelve bureaus
