  • Update on Phase One of the National Security Presidential Memorandum-9, "Optimizing the Use of Federal Government Information in Support of the National Vetting Enterprise.", implementation plan. Phase One Capability focused on the design and deployment of the National Vetting Center's (NVC) technical architecture and operational processes. What has been achieved so far?
  • Phase Two began in early 2019 and will continue for the next several years. It is focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of vetting through a series of enhancements at NVC and other participating/supporting agencies. What are the biggest challenges and how can industry help?
