Modern Information Technology Solutions (MITS) Industry Day

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Chief Information Officer (CIO) provides secure enterprise-wide Information Management/ Information Technology (IM/IT) support services to more than 39,000 USACE customers located throughout the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States. This requirement is to procure IM/IT services in support of the USACE, headquartered in Washington, DC. The requirement supports the Continental United States and outside the Continental United States locations, which includes nine divisions, 44 districts, over 1500+ sites, several Centers, and other USACE organizations, to include two IT data centers located - in Vicksburg, Mississippi and Hillsboro, Oregon. Mission execution is performed at various locations and facilities, both the Continental and outside the Continental United States locations, including fixed buildings, floating plants, temporary field structures, alternate work sites, and deployment locations.

The US Army Corps of Engineers- Information Technology (ACE-IT) seeks to establish a contract to continue to provide IM/IT Services for USACE classified and unclassified computing and communications systems including servers, storage systems, end user computing devices, wired voice and data networks, wireless local area networking (WLAN) voice and data, satellite, conferencing, and video services. For the purpose of this acquisition, the requirements encompass such core support services as Cloud - Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS); Platform as a Service (PaaS); Software as a Service (SaaS); and Desktop as a Service (DaaS); IM/IT Administration and Management as well as supporting legacy Enterprise Operations and End User Support Services, Cybersecurity, Engineering Design Service Support, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Predictive Analysis, and Content-aware Computing Services.
