Best Practices for Export Enforcement Management
Enforcement of export regulations is carried out by a number of federal agencies with “boots on the ground” at the local level. Indeed, it is not unusual for businesses engaged in global trade to occasionally receive a knock on the door from these agencies when they are investigating a case, targeting specific industry sectors, or conducting general outreach.
Join us to hear directly from special agents on current trends in export enforcement, what they look for in effective export compliance operations, and how exporters should approach their relationships with the enforcement community. We will also hear from the industry perspective on establishing protocols for preparing for enforcement visits and managing relationships with enforcement authorities.
