Speaker and Presenter Information
Brooke Crouter

Lohfeld Consulting Group
Brooke brings more than 30 years of experience in the information technology and defense markets to her role as a Capture Management instructor and teacher of related courses. She is an expert in Capture Management processes and serves as a leader in Lohfeld Consulting Group's process consulting practice helping companies define and optimize their business development, capture, and proposal processes. She also serves as a Capture Coach and Proposal Manager.
Prior to joining Lohfeld Consulting Group, Brooke served as a member of the Booz Allen corporate team developing and implementing capture and proposal processes firm-wide and teaching these processes to the firm's technical and managerial professionals. She also led proposals in response to very large government procurements as well as task order requests. She served as a Program Manager in Booz Allen's Defense Team supporting Navy IT and C4 programs and programs with the Department of the Navy CIO, PEO IT, Director NMCI, and Headquarters Marine Corps C4. Brooke is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina, and she holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the Naval Postgraduate School and a certificate in Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. She is an accredited member of APMP.
