IWCE is once again excited to present a week's worth of educational opportunities from March 5-9, 2018, including three co-located conferences. IWCE's five-day conference program provides the entire spectrum of education that you need to learn new technologies, keep up with the latest industry changes and trends, and do your job more efficiently. College of Technology

Develop new skills and further your career! IWCE’s College of Technology provides both introductory courses and technical workshops for any skill level or background. Whether you need fundamentals, just to brush up on what’s new or are looking for in-depth training, there are numerous options to meet your needs. 

 

  • Workshops (Monday and Tuesday) cover a variety of topics across all of our conference tracks, including FirstNet, cybersecurity, 5G and LTE, project 25, radio inteference, NG911, disaster communications, smart cities and mission critical push-to-talk.  
     
  • Power sessions (Monday and Tuesday)are 45-minute punches of information on a single topic. Typically presented by one speaker, these shorter sessions before and after lunch include case studies, reviews, regulatory and funding discussions.


Short Courses

These 75-minute sessions take place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and offer a flexible way for you to take part of the conference program while still having time to attend the exhibit hall on Wednesday and Thursday. Learn valuable information from panelists on infrastructure, system planning, next-generation networks, broadband,hardware, applications, spectrum optimization and interoperability.  View the full agenda.

Special Events

All Conference attendees also receive admission to special events including the Keynote Addresses, General Session and Town Hall Meetings. 


Exhibit Hall

Continue your education by taking some time to visit the Exhibit Hall featuring over 400 exhibitors showcasing the latest products and trends in the industry. The Exhibit Hall is open Wednesday from 10 am - 5:30 pm and Thursday from 10 am - 5 pm.

IWCE's Network Infrastructure Forum

IWCE's Network Infrastructure Forum is growing and now offers five-days of sessions showcasing network connectivity and coverage. From the tower and antenna to the individual and machines, these conference topics will provide the understanding, products and services to assure that your network is always connected, always on.


ETA's Education Forum 

ETA International and IWCE are proud to partner once again.  ETA International provides training through outside vendors in popular technology areas related to ETA certification. Following each training class, ETA will provide opportunities to test in each area. In addition, a series of short courses organized by ETA will take place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
