You’ve heard of Agile and your competitors are starting to implement Agile methodologies and are now getting product(s) to market faster and better than your organization. How did they do this and why did they do it?
In this agile project management training we will discuss the basic tenants of Agile and some of the more popular frame works involved in Agile transformation. The topics will include outlines of these frame works, how the organization’s change can improve productivity, ROI and team morale.

Buddy has been in the IT industry for over 30 years and owned his own software development company for 20 years. He has managed some very large IT projects and has been a proponent of Agile development since before the Agile manifesto was written. He has a passion for teaching and that has been his main stay since selling his company. He was a co-author of the SBOK. He has traveled the world teaching and coaching Agile transition as well as traditional project management techniques.
