The Adobe Joint Enterprise License Agreement (JELA) is a multi-year contract that leverages the buying power of 2.6 million Department of Defense (DoD) personnel to reduce costs, improve interoperability, expand collaboration, enhance document services, and extend publishing and creative capabilities.

The U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS), Joint Service Provider (JSP), and Defense Health Agency (DHA) are currently enrolled in the Adobe JELA, but any agency has the option to become part of the growing team.
