FAA IT/ISS Partnership and Training Conference
The  annual FAA IT/ISS Partnership and Training Conference will take place  at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin, March 14 – March 17, 2011,  with exhibit days March 14 - 16. In its 10th year hosted by the Office  of the Assistant Administrator for Information Services and Chief  Information Officer, this premier event will continue to expand the  attendees’ knowledge with courses focusing on the latest information  technology (IT) and information security systems (ISS) best practices,  policies, procedures,  technologies, and much more.  The 2011 theme, Celebrating  a Decade of Cyber Security Training, Innovation, & Idea Sharing,  will commemorate the value and success of this conference over the past  10 years.
This conference give exhibitors networking  opportunities with more than 800 FAA key personnel from across the  nation, including: chief information officers (CIO's), information  system security officers (ISSO's), information systems security managers  (ISSM's), authorizing officials, system administrators, system  developers, and agency executives.  This is the one time each year these  key personnel are together to discuss the newest and most relevant  information pertaining to the Federal Aviation Administration.
In  addition to an already strong attendance of FAA personnel, this year’s  conference is expanding its audience to include Department of  Transportation, Department of Education, U.S. Senate, Food and Drug  Administration, NASA, and Nuclear Regulatory Commission.  Each of these  agencies will have several of their top IT executives in attendance and  some will be speaking.
Industry partners are invited to showcase  their latest products and services, host live demos at their booth and  participate in the conference sessions.
2011 Highlights:
