Now in year two, we return to Pennsylvania to convene thought leaders from state and local government across the Keystone State. Pennsylvania has amazing practitioners and pioneers setting the standard for an urban and rural renaissance. The Governing team was warmly welcomed for our inaugural year discovering leaders who are creative, dedicated and community-minded. We return to share the best new innovations, reforms and services.
