Risk and Control Framework for Information and Records Management
The volume of information that federal agencies manage continues to grow exponentially, making the job of controlling and governing it more and more difficult. We are quickly realizing the need to construct a control framework specifically to address the risks posed by information management. This framework is a vital component of an Information Governance program.
Just as the title "Truth or Dare" implies: It’s not enough to assume agencies know what the information risks are. Every day newspapers are filled with stories about how improper management and control of information have led to fines, sanctions, reputation damage and loss of constituent trust.
In this webinar, we will discuss a Risk & Control Framework, based on an amalgamation of practices and ideas coming directly from your information management professional peers.
Register Today to learn how to:
- Uncover risk assessment drivers
- Describe the Framework
- Review a baseline set of controls
- Provide implementation advice
- Provide you with a compass for action
