Next-Gen Higher Education Students - Have They Arrived?

College students, whether new or returning, are coming to campus with new expectations. They are bringing multiple devices and expect to be able to use all of the as part of the campus experience – bookstore, cafeteria, sporting events, social activities and last but not least for content consumption and assessments.

This poses a litany of challenges for the IT organizations who have to provide an unlimited amount of bandwidth, deal with security issues across a wide variety of platforms and applications, and helping faculty and staff adopt and use new tools that they are uncomfortable with.
