PSC Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Program

PSC, and member firm Wiley Rein LLP, are co-hosting a program on the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces Executive Order. The program will provide an in-depth analysis of the FAR proposed rule and DoL guidance that are the implementing tools for the policy set forth in the Executive Order. By now, you have surely heard a lot about the Executive Order and the significant impact it will have on federal contracting. This PSC/Wiley Rein LLP hosted session will serve as a forum for companies to learn more about the Executive Order, the implementing actions taken by the administration thus far, and will also provide ample opportunity to further discuss the impacts of the Order to assist PSC with formulating our comments.
