Governing Leadership Forum: California 2015

2015 marks Governing’s fifth annual California Leadership Forum. This year, we return to the Golden State with a program that will highlight and empower the pioneering spirit and visionary leadership that has been driving the state’s success. The Leadership Forum will convene issue experts and thought leaders from around the nation and from across the state to discuss aspirational and practical aspects of effective leadership and good governance. Dynamic keynote presentations will provide management skills essential for every state and local government officials, and interactive breakout sessions will address key-issues and urgent concerns facing California. Participants will learn about best practices and creative strategies to address the new challenges of 21st century governance. Speakers and participants will also be asked to share their insights on better government in a series of one-minute videos during the conference to be curated and shared on Governing’s website and through social media.
