Records Management does not exist within an information management vacuum. There are many technologies - 'stones' in the structure - that make up the foundation required to implement an Enterprise level, comprehensive RMA solution. Many organizations - possibly like yours - elect to cobble together these technologies from multiple sources, unrelated to the other stones in the design. Others choose to implement a solution from one specific source which may not have the technology to build the right foundation and structure your specific organization needs - or isn't even an RMA builder at all.
Feith Webinar Series

Where do you find all the 'stones' required to successfully build your RMA implementation foundation? Consider all the areas where Records Management touches your organization, such as management of both electronic and physical documents, integration with legacy applications (such as your ERP, SharePoint, legal and contract management), email auto-categorization, transaction data tagging, workflow, reporting, security, eDiscovery, and more. If your RMA is not organized and comprehensive, even the most skilled construction team cannot engineer your structure properly, and the foundation does not hold up.

This exclusive webinar will outline how to organize all the stones to give you the right RMA structure and the foundation to support it... from cornerstone to keystone to - yes - Capstone (not the all-encompassing solution you might think!), including:

  • The obstacles that organizations have encountered in their efforts to claim success
  • The need for transitional and transparent user interfaces
  • The significance of the DoD 5015.2 Certification
  • The phasing of the RMA effort
  • The organizational value of RMA
  • The effects of TechnoCulture on the RMA strategy
And what about Capstone, since you mention it? Though a relatively novel approach to reducing complexity, Capstone may add significant overhead on to the user community if the right technology is not in place first. Will properly-implemented technology still prevail over Capstone "Holy Grail", and make it immaterial to your success? The reality is it may not make things any easier for the end-user community without the right supporting technology foundation.

Join your hosts and Government 5015.2 Records Management insiders on Wednesday June 18th at 2pm ET for this exclusive session on comprehensive Records Management LifeCycle Management Strategy across the Enterprise, with Capstone email management and more. Learn what is required for the initial foundation for RMA and refine the thinking for those who may have already undertaken the task. Register Now.
