Our region has produced its share of successful exits representing a well-deserved reward for years of hard work and entrepreneurial skill. Presented by NVTC's Small Business and Entrepreneur Committee, this event will help you get to know several very successful companies and grow a realistic vision for what you could achieve with your company. 

Come learn about the practical aspects of different types and sizes of exits from top industry experts. Panelists include Duke Chung, who co-founded Parature, a customer service SaaS provider in 2000. Parature sold to Microsoft for a reported $100 million in January. In addition, Morgan Stanley's Jeff Hoffmeister has been intimately involved with a number of technology company IPOs including Cvent and Opower. Finally, Doug Schmidt is an investment banker with over twenty five years of M&A experience with growth and technology companies.
