During a discussion with Camber's corporate business development lead for EAGLE II we were told "Camber is seeking to develop relationships with small businesses who have compelling past performance with DHS (EAGLE I or otherwise) or with another federal agency or commercial entity supporting the management of large IT transformation, modernization or upgrade efforts to include enterprise architecture design, security accreditation and the policy-procedure development and governance process following infrastructure implementation. Our focus is less so on the doing of day-to-day IT”.
