To support National Cyber Security Awareness Month, the Industrial Security Awareness Council of Central Maryland (ISAC-MD) is sponsoring a Cybersecurity Symposium “Protect. Defend. Educate” on October 16-17, 2013 at the BWI Marriott in Linthicum, Maryland.

President Obama declared that the "cyber threat is one of the most serious economic and national security challenges we face as a nation" and that "American's economic prosperity in the 21st century will depend on cybersecurity." This event is meant to raise awareness and educate security professionals regarding one of our country’s most important national security priorities.

The Cybersecurity Symposium will deliver first-class training for government and industry security professionals while simultaneously offering high-level keynote speakers, essential networking opportunities, and an informative technology showcase.

The event will feature a powerful lineup of security leaders discussing the number cybersecurity challenges we face as a nation. Plenary, seminar, and panel speakers are all exceptional leaders in their field!
